we will use existing proven technologies, select systems that work well together, and achieve 80% or so of passive-house design criteria. the ashe house design will have a standardized foundation using icf and fab-form footings, standarized structural, mechanical and electrical systems but contain a variety of exterior treatments through unique architecture. the house’s interior will also have clear span floors providing flexable living arrangements. and, most importantly, costs will be kept affordable through standarization and factory built efficiencies.
