isabella is a student in the elliott school of international affairs at the george washington university ('19). she is getting her b.a. in international affairs with a focus on global public health and a minor in sustainability. isabella has a deep interest in spanish and latin america, given she is venezuelan-american. she is involved in the international service fraternity, alpha phi omega; is currently the trip leader for the alternative breaks program trip to costa rica focusing on sustainable agriculture; and serves as the scientific programs intern for the foundation for food and agriculture research. she is pleased to share this sustainable story that she spent her time abroad with sit peru creating to be the main focus of her independent study project that resulted in a thesis paper written in spanish.
