university of central missouri’s office of sustainability, the only student-run office on campus, leads sustainable efforts on campus including educational programing, community outreach, and program expansion. through a direct relationship with our administrators we are able to make sustainable campus-wide change very quickly to curb behavior and create a culture of sustainability. through these efforts our students at ucm to not only “choose red” but “choose red, and go green.”
