i'm a media content creator studying life sciences communication (bs) and east asian studies (ba) at the university of wisconsin-madison. i'm just a small-town minnesotan girl with lots of spunk, heart and crazy imagination. i always felt there was so much more of the world to discover. as a kid i escaped through the fantasy novels i read, the actors i played on stage, the acoustic ballads i'd sing in the shower, or the scenes i saw unfold on the big screen. i learned using words to weave stories is a powerful tool. a tool that can i want to inspire others and call attention to issues and perspectives that matter. i want to provide a platform for people to express their authentic selves, entertain and also create change.
