]]> every year there are billions of dollars spent on food aid. “if you give a man a fish, he’ll eat for a day.  if you teach a man to fish, he’ll eat for a lifetime.” – chinese proverb. our idea is to implement training courses in low income countries, and as you go to classes you get stamps that can be traded in for equipment to help improve agricultural practices. through time you would decrease the amount of food aid, because they would be growing their own.
